I texted Mariah to ask if she would could open our owner's closet and pull out our own personal sheets and towels for our guests to use. She called me back LITERALLY WITHIN 15 SECONDS and said she was on her way. Thank you, Mariah. You truly make me feel like I have boots on the ground 24/7, while I'm four hours away. Nothing could be more comforting for me as an owner, and most importantly, for my guests. “Mariah, Michael and their wonderful crew have been caring for our Oak Island home since 2013. Moms' Beach House is our family vacation home and intended retirement home, but we rent it out part time when we are not able to be there. I recommend A Clean Break highly and without any hesitation.   

 

In 2013, we started renting to friends and family only. In 2015, we listed our home on Airbnb and in 2018 we built an "Owners' Retreat" addition to our home. Mariah and Michael have been with us the whole way. We now have two rental spaces which may be reserved separately or together, and our schedule is complicated. During the summer of 2019, A Clean Break was in our home up to 4 times a week. I could not have asked for more organized and top-notch service from this excellent company. I feel like they are true partners in our business venture and they have become personal friends as well.  

 

Mariah is an excellent communicator, helping me manage multiple check-ins and cleanings. She communicates everything I need to know to write reviews of our guests. Our guests use the phrase "sparkling clean" in the reviews they write about our home. When we arrive for our own time at the beach, even after several rentals, we always breathe a big sigh of relief to see the excellent condition of our home.
