Co-Hosting Services
If you're frustrated by having large property management companies limit your use of your home, perhaps it's time to make “A Clean Break” from these rules. Under our program, it's your home to use as you see fit. We are a boutique co-hosting service accepting a very limited number of homes. This allows a smaller, hands-on approach you will not get with a larger property management company.
How can co-hosting benefit you?

Our co-hosting services can make your long-distance vacation rental easier. You don't need to give up the one-on-one relationship you have with your guests as you would with one of the bigger property management companies if you don't want to. We can take the pressure off of you in other ways. It can be difficult to have your dinner plans interrupted by a guest who can’t get the television to work. Dealing with frozen water pipes or a running commode can take multiple hours out of your day, not to mention those guests who “just have one more question.” Reach out to us today to discover how our co-hosting program can make your vacation home ownership more stream-lined and less stressful for you.
Choose us to co-host with you and we’re available to your guests from the moment they arrive until their departure. We’re happy to answer questions or handle maintenance issues. We have reputable, dependable, and available service providers to handle anything from a broken washing machine to a faulty HVAC unit and are happy to schedule any necessary repairs. We’ll even schedule your linen service delivery and pick up for you if you wish.
During the off season, we offer a monthly service check option for your property. Should you choose this service, we will enter your home once a month to check for things such as water leaks, window damage, unauthorized entry and rodent/bug infestations. We are also available during these monthly checks to turn off your water at the beginning of winter to protect the pipes from bursting and turn on the water once the weather has broken.
Worried about hurricanes and tropical storms? With our service and upon your request, we will bring in your patio furniture, cushions and grills, turn off your water, check to be sure all windows are secured, and secure outside shower and trashcans prior to the arrival of a hurricane or tropical storm. For larger storms, we have contractors available to board up windows and doors. After the storm passes, we will inspect your property for damage, turn your water back on, replace furniture and grills, and let you know if any items need attention.
