For a sample checklist detailing the services we provide, please review the following lists. Please keep in mind that these are samples; your checklist will be specifically tailored to your home.

Vacation Rental Checklist

1. Inspect home for damages
2. If home is not on a linen service, remove soiled linens and replace with fresh linens
3. Thoroughly clean and disinfect all bathrooms and bathroom fixtures
4. Thoroughly clean and sanitize kitchen, kitchen fixtures and appliances (exception: interior of oven on an “as time permits during turn window)
5. Dust all surfaces, clean all glass table tops
6. Dust ceiling fans
7. Dust baseboards and windowsills on an as-needed basis
8. Remove all trash from inside the home
9. Vacuum all floors and mop all hard floors
10. Set out any amenities requested by the homeowner
Weekly/Bi-Weekly/Monthly Checklist
• Wash and disinfect countertops in kitchen, clean and disinfect all bathrooms
• Wipe down small kitchen appliances
• Clean microwave inside and out
• Wipe down top and exterior of stove
• Light clean front and exposed sides of refrigerator
• Wipe down dishwasher 
• Wipe cabinet exteriors as needed
• Dust windowsills as needed
• Clean mirrors and glass top furniture 
• Wipe down exterior of washer and dryer
• Remove cobwebs as needed
• Empty trash as needed and replace liners
• Dust exposed registers and baseboards as needed
• Dust ceiling fans as needed
• Dust furniture 
• Shake and/or vacuum rugs
• Vacuum floors and damp mop all hard floors
Spring Clean Checklist
Kitchen and Laundry Areas:
• Stove: Wipe down exterior, clean burners, drip pans, remove knobs, clean interior window, run self-clean cycle if needed and in working condition.
• Refrigerator exterior: Top, sides, front, vent
• Refrigerator interior: Shelves, seals, lips
• Wash cabinet exteriors
• Wash & scrub sink, fixtures, and drain
• Clean windowsills
• Move and clean under and behind easily moved furniture
• Mop exposed pantry flooring
• Wipe down exterior washer and dryer
• Remove cobwebs as needed
• Clean exposed registers and baseboards
• Dust ceiling fans
• Clean artwork and décor
• Clean door frames
